Please allow 1-3 days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you purchased, simply return it within 15 days of the order date to receive a refund.

Customers must ship back their items via return label provided, with the original packing slip included in the box. Without this, we cannot guarantee your refund/exchange will be processed.

It may take up to 5 days for our return centre to open your returned item & issue your refund or exchange.
